Bangkok

Bangkok  the capital of Thailand located on Cao Phraya River  just above the Gulf of Thailand is one of the popular tourist destinations in South-East Asia. The Official poulation is around 7 million but many sources say that that could easily be twice that amount.  
This great city is the Economic centre of Thailand.

I visited Bangkok  in 2005 arriving by train from Malaysia, and  stayed a couple of days to photograph the city after which I traveled to Cambodia  and  the North of Thailand.
The next section of  Photographs are taken at the Vimanmek Mansion in Dusit at Silom and Ploenchit road and some back streets I always like to explore.
The weather was good although I had different days that it was overcast towards the afternoon.
