face of the Reclining Buddha of Wat Pho or to the Thais known as Wat
Phra Chetuphon. The mural in the background depicts temples tigers and
people. Rama III built the chapel which is not much larger than the
reclining Buddha it was constructed for, This Buddha which is a 45
meter long statue of plastered brick which is gilded, the statue
depicts the Buddha entering Nirvana.
