Battersea Power Station
Battersea Power station one of the many iconic buildings in London. Used on the Pink Floyd Album cover 'Animals'. This grade 2 listed art deco building and surrounding area will be developed in luxury flats and shops.
This coal-fired power station dating from 1933 was decommissioned in 1983. In the foreground the passing trains from Victoria station with the 3 sheds of the train depot can be seen.
