Copyright - What You Need to Know
I do my best to capture the images which appeal to editors, picture buyers, architects, designers, builders, writers etc. My photography, whether architectural, urban, or any other subject, are the product of hard work and years of experience. Here is what you should know about using my pictures:
Copyright:
All images found on this website: davidbleekerphotography.com are exclusively produced by David Bleeker unless explicitly credited to a third party. The copyright for these images belongs exclusively to me.
Licensing Requirements:
- Print and Digital Publications: If you like to reproduce my work in any form—be it in a magazine, book, newspaper, or electronically on a website —you will need to obtain a license.
-
Website Usage: Whether you’re hot-linking an image for your website or featuring it on a blog or social media platform, obtaining a license is essential. Always seek written permission before publication.
Pictures found on Internet:
- While Google is a powerful search engine, it doesn’t grant free access to all images. Many pictures found online still belong to their creators. When you stumble upon an image during your online searh always find out who owns the Copyright and make sure you obtain a license before you use the image. So even when you find my images via Google or on another website you still will need to obtain permission from me to use these pictures anywhere else.
Licensing Made Easy:
- Most of the images you find on www.davidbleekerphotography.com can be licensed directly from this website.
